duelofficial.com is an independent guide to Duel. It is not run by Duel, does not take bets and never holds your money.
Everything here is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. We check facts at the source and give the date we checked, but Duel can change its games, rates and rules at any time — confirm anything important on duel.com before you rely on it.

2. Duel's terms in brief
A summary of Duel's Terms of Service (version of 27 January 2026, checked 7 October 2026). If anything here differs from the original, the original applies — and Duel says its English version prevails over translations.
- Operator: Immortal Snail LLC, registered in Nevis (no. L22982), licensed by the Government of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, licence ALSI-202411026-FI1.
- Age: 18+ and over the legal gambling age where you are. Duel publishes its own list of countries it does not accept players from.
- One person, one account. Accounts must not be shared; the person who created the account is treated as its owner.
- Bets and deposits: all bets are final, and deposits are not refunded by default.
- Crypto: using the correct address and network is your responsibility. Duel charges no deposit or withdrawal fee; network fees still apply.
- Verification: Duel may ask for KYC before processing a withdrawal. In practice it rarely does — see our KYC and AML page.
- Inactive accounts: after 6 years with no login, Duel may reclaim the balance.
- Complaints and disputes: complaints go to support@duel.com; disputes are settled by arbitration in Anjouan.
