Responsible Gaming
Play for entertainment
Gambling should stay fun. It is a form of entertainment, never a way to make money or to deal with financial or personal problems. Only ever play with money you can afford to lose.
Know the warning signs
Consider taking a break if you are chasing losses, spending more than you planned, borrowing to play, or gambling to escape stress. These are common early signs that play is no longer under control.
Limits and self-exclusion at Duel
This site is an independent guide, so we cannot close or limit a Duel account — only Duel can. Under Duel's responsible gaming policy, you ask Duel's Customer Support for it, through live support on duel.com or at support@duel.com. Self-exclusion locks the account for at least 6 months, and Duel stops sending promotional messages; a shorter 7-day cooling-off period is also available. Duel also recommends asking for self-exclusion at every other gambling site where you have an account. Source: Duel's responsible gaming policy (checked 7 October 2026).
Protecting minors
Players must be 18 or older (or the legal age in their country if higher). If a minor has access to your device, please use parental-control software to block gambling sites.
Where to get help
Independent, confidential help is available. Organisations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) and Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) offer free support. If you are in crisis, contact local health services.
